A comprehensive set of six shopping mall designs, crafted by a professional architect, is presented. The measurements utilize centimeters and were initially conceptualized in 3ds Max 2011. These models are adaptable for various purposes, including real-time rendering, gaming applications such as Unity and UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. They include the following specifications: MALL 01 (81,330 polygons, 94,124 vertices, 220x110x22 meters), MALL 02 (213,607 polygons, 159,244 vertices, 400x200x60 meters), MALL 03 (107,524 polygons, 124,508 vertices, 350x350x35 meters), MALL 04 (222,964 polygons, 214,954 vertices, 270x70x22 meters), MALL 05 (92,978 polygons, 79,708 vertices, 40x25x90 meters), and MALL 06 (94,742 polygons, 96,325 vertices, 360x90x20 meters). The models boast high-quality meshes with clean edge flow, thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. They are low-poly, allowing easy addition of extra details or edits to the geometry. Instances have been used for similar objects, enabling simple replacements. Layers organize scene objects. Preview images were rendered with V-Ray 3.20, while wireframes demonstrate geometry testing using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt. The archive contains V-Ray and Standard materials, along with JPG and PNG textures. All objects are UV mapped, and materials are properly named. No third-party plug-ins are required for use.
