This is a highly detailed, real-world size model of a shopping mall designed by a professional architect. Originally created with 3ds Max 2011, this model uses centimeter units and features a high level of detail suitable for various purposes such as real-time use, game development, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The building section has 222.964 polygons, 214.954 vertices, and measures 270×70×22 meters in size. The landscape section is composed of 28.484 polygons, 17.448 vertices, and spans an area of 350×160 meters. A total of nine palm trees are included in the model, each with 9.800 polygons and 16.706 vertices, utilizing a low-poly mesh instance for efficient rendering. The level of detail in this model allows for easy modification and expansion of its geometry. Geometry is carefully optimized to prevent holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons, ensuring smooth and accurate renderings. Similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them as needed.
