This is a large-scale architectural model of a shopping mall exterior, complete with landscape and parking lots, made by a professional architect. The model's dimensions are in centimeters and was originally created using 3ds Max 2011. The city area measures 2.5 kilometers by 2.5 kilometers and the mall building is 400 meters by 200 meters by 60 meters tall, containing over 98,000 polygons and 110,000 vertices. There are also 9,800 polygon mesh instances of palm trees, with 8 types of low-poly car models placed on the parking lots. This model is suitable for real-time game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization and architecture purposes, as it is high quality with clean edge flow and allows for easy addition of extra details. The mesh has been thoroughly checked for errors, and all similar objects are instances for easy replacement. Rendered images include 3.20 V-Ray previews, wireframes, and VRayLight, VRayHDRI and VRayCamera setups for immediate rendering. Materials are provided in both V-Ray and Standard formats, with textures in JPG and PNG separate archives. All objects are UV mapped, named properly, and no third-party plug-ins are required.
