This is a realistic-scale replica of a Shopping Mall Commercial Center designed by a professional architect. Product Dimensions: 10 meters x 60 meters, elevation level: 70 meters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 software. USAGE: This model is suitable for exterior visualization, real-time use, and game development, as well as architecture, consulting, and educational purposes. Units used: Centimeters, Meters GEOMETRY: The model's mesh is of high quality, featuring clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing easy addition of details or editing of geometry. Similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. A Shell Modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. INSTANCES: Three types of trees and palms with random/scale transformations are included. Five car types are present on parking lots and streets. PRESENTATION IMAGES: All preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray software. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI maps, along with VRayCamera, are included – the product is ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS: The model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials are properly named. ADDITIONAL NOTES: No third-party plug-ins are required.
