This professional architect's model of a shopping mall exterior with landscape and parking lots measures 200m x 60m in size, while the landscape spans 230m x 200m. Created using 3ds Max 2011, this versatile model is suitable for real-time game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes. With a total of 92,978 polygons and 79,708 vertices, the high-quality mesh features clean edge flow and has been tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. Instances are used for similar objects to allow easy editing and replacement. The model includes layers for different elements such as details, glass, mall, signs, environment details, master plan, trees, and references. The palm tree instances have been randomly rotated and scaled on the parking lot and along the road. Preview images are rendered with V-Ray, while wire images showcase geometry tests using VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are included, as well as JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped and named properly, and no third-party plug-ins are needed for this model.
