This is a professional-grade, real-world-size model of a shopping mall exterior with accompanying landscape and parking lots, crafted by an experienced architect. The model boasts an impressive 92,978 polygons and 79,708 vertices. Geometry: The model's mesh is characterized by its high quality and clean edge flow. It has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects are instances, allowing for effortless changes or replacements. Shell Modifiers have been applied and disabled on glass objects.
