This is a high-resolution, real-world-scale model of a modern shopping mall exterior created by a professional architect. Building dimensions: 220m x 110m x 22 (height) Landscape dimensions: 800m x 500m Units used: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 Level of Detail and Usage: This model is suitable for various applications, including real-time use, game development in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural projects. 81,330 polygons 94,124 vertices Geometry: The model's mesh features high-quality, clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested to ensure no holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons exist. The mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of details, editing of geometry. Similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. Shell Modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: BLD_mall ENV_buildings ENV_details ENV_masterplan ENV_roads ENV_trees Instances: All identical street elements and tunnel equipment are instances. Trees, bushes, and flowers have random Rotate/Scale transformations.
