The initial prototype of a powered bristle attachment was created for usage with shop vac-style vacuum cleaners and 2" or 1.5" central vac systems in the workshop. It is designed to collect 3/4" materials efficiently while being cost-effective due to its use of pre-existing components from other manufacturers. Initially, it was intended to operate on A.C. power; however, this idea has been abandoned in favor of battery-operated D.C., which offers both convenience and reduced risk of electrical shock. Currently, the fourth revision is complete, with plans for filing a utility patent forthcoming. However, due to intellectual property concerns, the final design will not be shared publicly. Enjoy!
