Shop Vac attachment with small holes to collect dust but not suck up other small items.  Used to remove diatomaceous earth from indoor house plants.   Connects to the end of a Ryobi Shop Vac.  Should work well with many others.  Includes relief holes and cover to control suction.  Allow you to easily drop rocks or other small items that are being suctioned to the end.
