Eliminate the hassle of cleaning Shop Vac filters frequently by using a Cyclone-like separator designed to catch large debris before it reaches your filter. This Thingiverse-worthy design fits standard 58mm Shop Vac hose connectors and comes with printable parts, #8-32 machine screws, nuts, and 5+ gallon buckets with lids. To assemble, mark the holes on the lid, cut out intake and ToVac openings, drill holes for #8 machine screws, mount Intake and ToVac, align baffle properly, and optionally caulk connections and add another bucket to increase capacity. For optimal performance, use air pressure to secure the lid during operation, but note that this may not work if hoses are the same size as your intake hose.
