Shop Vac Auto Switch with Vac-Only/Auto Modes

This is a remix based on the Shop Vac Auto Switch by bytesized. I edited the enclosure to contain three distinct components: 1. A rocker switch to choose between vac-only mode, "auto" mode (where the vac will come and turn off with the tool), and off 2. A beefier 30A relay since the 10A relays could fail due to high inrush current of higher HP shop vacs 3. An AC-DC 5V power supply to power the relay, current sensor, and arduino I also created some brackets for firm mounting. The auto switch also has startup and shutdown delay. The startup delay is to avoid both the tool and vacuum turning on at the same time. This should eliminate circuit breaker failures. The shutdown delay is to clear the hoses/tool of any residual dust.
