Shop Vac 2 1/2 to 1 1/4 Reducer and Zip-Lock Bag Air Extractor Adaptors

I've created a custom nozzle adaptor to efficiently remove air from Zip-Lock bags that store filament rolls. Well, it all began when I needed a solution to the initial problem... My compact battery-powered vacuum just wasn't powerful enough for the task, so I decided to connect the adaptor directly to my ShopVac and it worked incredibly well! However, I had some concerns about the reducer. The previous version produced an ear-piercing whistle that made me apprehensive every time I used it. To avoid a repeat experience, I designed a new reducer that eliminates the loud noise. The ends of this adaptor are 2 1/2 and 1 1/4 inches in diameter, which translates to F58mm to M30mm. Fortunately, my vacuum brand is ShopVac, but I'm not sure if the standard hose sizes apply to Rigid and other popular wet/dry vacs on the market.
