CNC Machine made from 3D printed parts and high strength Baltic Birch plywood.This CNC Machine has a cutting area of 650mm x 650mm with Z probing and dust removal. The machine operates as a standalone system without the need for an attached computer. The control system works very similar to a 3D printer, just insert the SD card with the gcode and it will take it from there.Included is a customized version of the Marlin open source operating system, and is designed to use the Ramps 1.4 and Arduino Mega control boards. Other boards can be used but will require another version of marlin or other operating system and may not work with the included board box.This is designed to use the Dewalt DWP 611, or other similarly sized routers.Also included is a pen holder and a vinyl cutter holder, which can be swapped for the router holder.The Control Pendant shown can be found here:www.thingiverse.com/thing:6457191A detailed parts list can be found included in the downloaded files.
