I had some small sample pieces of filament (15 grams) and needed a tiny project to use them effectively. The silvery filament was Amolen Shining PLA, while the red and blue pieces were Amolen temperature color change PLA. The base was generic black PLA. All pieces printed at 200C with no build plate heating, achieving perfect results. Each color printed individually and then are easily assembled using a friction fit, requiring no glue whatsoever. Support is highly recommended for the star to keep the opening wide enough to let the tail pieces fit securely in place.
