Shooting Chrony Replacement Electronics Shells
thingiverse
Have you shot your shooting chrony? I did. I have designed replacement parts based on the dimensions of the two broken halves, so as long as you did not damage the lenses or the electronics board, these parts are a direct fit. The tolerances of the two halves are tight, and can take a bit of finesse so be careful when aligning the two halves not to pinch the photo-sensor or cables. The two pieces can be used for the front as well as the rear cases as there are identical, and for those that have the more expensive chrony with the printer option the front shell contains the area for the cutout to allow the printer connection. I used 20% infill and 0.2mm which worked out just fine and holds the diffuser bars snugly. They were printed flat face down and supports were used for the rear shell as there are recesses for the screws. Happy Chrony Shooting!
