Shoe Stacker

Shoe Stacker

Stack your shoes with precision. The shoe holder is designed to accommodate men's boots comfortably. Unfortunately, its layer adhesion has yet to be tested thoroughly. To assemble the shoe holder, print it in PLA and secure the parts together using superglue (cyanoacrylate) with utmost care. Print the central hub on its front side, ensuring that the square hole faces upwards towards the plate. Print the other two plates in a manner that eliminates overhangs by flipping them over during printing. The picture shows two earlier prototypes of this design. The current model is similar to the gray one but features improved interlocking mechanisms for easier assembly. In the past, the gray prototype relied on filament pegs, which proved ineffective. Meanwhile, the pink version required an excessive amount of glue and was challenging to assemble.
