Here are the instructions for creating shoe shapes from fondant using various molds and cutters. This is equivalent to a women's size 32. 1. You will need different versions of the heel to create molds around it. There's a single straight one to make a unique mold, and a double one for a slightly more complex design. I used fast-setting silicone (silli) to remove the mold from the heel. Use your preferred type. 2. You'll have a shape for the toe tip that lets you fashion the front of the shoe as desired, as well as a cutter with a predetermined shape. The process is similar for the heel section.
