This is a compact shock mount designed for shotgun microphones, with the T.Bone Em9600 being its intended target, but it should be compatible with most models. The design allows users to employ a rubber band of their preference. On one side, you can secure the ends of a short rubber band if a longer one is not available. If the mount proves too small, it's easy to scale it up for a better fit on your microphone. On the other side, you have the option to attach it securely using a screw or even a pin that you glue into place as desired.
