Shock absorver for Open truggy
thingiverse
I designed this open-source RC truggy: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42198. I used 50mm long springs with a 10mm diameter. It's currently being tested and will likely be replaced with metal parts soon. The piston section requires additional support on the small hole part; printing it horizontally provides more strength. The other piece can be printed vertically without supports, but an 8mm drill bit may be needed for the mounting hole. Silicone grease prevents wear.
