Shishi odoshi table top gadget bamboo style

This creation pays homage to Jeremy Elson's ingenious design for a desktop Shishiodoshi. Check out Jeremy's original design on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2875176 The main difference between my design and Jeremy's lies in how the duct is filled. Instead of using a fountain, water is directly injected into the duct through a short M12 bolt with a nut attached to the inside bottom of the bamboo duct. This setup ensures that the duct is properly seated. The M6 bolts will easily tap into the support openings. The tube connecting the pump must be extremely flexible; PVC is too stiff for this application, but silicone works perfectly. Be patient when slicing the basin, as it takes time to get it just right. For the basin and bamboo duct, I recommend an infill of 50% due to concerns about water tightness and support strength. If you're interested in printing a pump yourself, check out this excellent design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1655511/files I've included a pump cap to conceal and protect the motor. To create a secure fit between the tube and the bamboo duct, use some solvent adhesive (kit). You'll also need to bond a separate tube adapter to the pump outlet to achieve a better seal. Don't forget to make the wire opening in the motor cap watertight as well. For those who want to experiment with different dimensions, I've included OpenSCAD files.
