My mother-in-law recently handed down an old plastic shirt clip that dated back to the 80's. She had given it to my daughter to help secure a too-large dance recital dress, but unfortunately, it broke in the process. I decided to take matters into my own hands and gather some measurements, eventually creating a replica with a few tweaks for added functionality.
