The Kelvin timeline equivalent of the Inquiry-class seen in Star Trek: Picard is the Shiroyama-class heavy cruiser. This formidable vessel boasts an impressive array of armaments, including eight forward-facing and four rear-mounted torpedo launchers that enable it to strike from multiple angles with precision and power. In addition, the Shiroyama-class is equipped with four dorsal and two ventral heavy phasers that can unleash devastating blasts, as well as sixty-two standard phasers that provide a high volume of fire against enemy forces. To protect its crew and maximize endurance in the heat of battle, the Shiroyama-class features multiple redundant shields and energy generators that work together to ensure the vessel remains operational even when taking heavy damage. Furthermore, this cruiser has been designed with added structural support, which reduces the need for a structural integrity field, giving it an extra layer of protection against enemy attacks and allowing it to remain in combat longer.
