As you can see, I have design two main hulls with different approach both of them. After the study I made, the results is approximately the same. The main difference is the wave in the front (bow) of the hulls.I believe the two types of the hull have the minimum resistance. Open the study and check the parameters of the VOF and Velocity.The velocity is 20 knots in enviromental temperature (23 C).Also I upload the study file (CFD Autodesk) of the CFD in order to check it.
