It is a Ship Fog Horn with 15cm Diaphragm. I printed it in PETG, wall 3mm, bottom 3,5mm, top 2.5mm, 40% infil.Diaphragm is made out of 2mm LEXAN, it could be 3mm maybe 4mm, I will test 2x2mm glued together.The pipe that goes inside and touch the diafphragm is PVC pipe 40mm outer diameter.To assamble you need:20x screw 5x30mm20x standard washer 10mm20x bigger washer 15mm20x nut 5mmHow to connect to air you have to figure out yourself, you can cut a thread M22 and screw in air connector or simply glue in a metal pipe and the rubber hoe on the pipe... any how, tests will show how much pressure can it holds, but it is loud just by blowing in it.
