Human: Shinobi was a secret agent or mercenary in feudal Japan. As covert operatives, ninjas specialized in espionage, deception, and surprise attacks that caught their enemies off guard. Their stealthy tactics were considered beneath the honor of the samurai. While proper ninjas first appeared as specially trained spies and mercenaries during the 15th century's Sengoku period (14th to 17th centuries), early precursors may have emerged as far back as the 12th century. This concept draws inspiration from the legend of the feudal shinobi. There are two types of models: Separated, offering individual components for customization, and Combine, showcasing the finished character. To create diverse characters, numerous references were studied and incorporated into this project. All clothing was crafted using Marvelous Designer. Rigging was done solely to facilitate posing; users can still rig the model for animation purposes. The textures have a 4K resolution and may be scaled down in game engines as needed. Three channels within each texture map contain information about roughness, metallicity, and occlusion (optimized for Unreal Engine 4 or Unity). Hairs designed specifically for game engines comprise 30,000 polygons.
