## SHIMARIO Bike Cassette Sprocket Cleaner - Specifically made to fit Shimano 10 speed MTBs, but it can be used to clean most of the existing bike cassettes. - The thickness of the toothed area is 2 mm, but if you want to perfectly fit your bike, feel free to modify the .STEP file or simply rescale the Z axis accordingly. - Tables with spacer thickness are provided in the images. **Printing:** - Cut the bottom side of the handle, as described in one of the pictures. - Use a horizontal slab to print the toothed area with 100% infill or add walls until it is completely filled. - Use cyanoacrylates and clamp the two parts. - If you need to rescale it, do it only on X/Y axis so that the thickness of the toothed area does not change. **Material:** - Best choice is PETG, but PLA is also fine since this tool is not meant to sustain heavy loads. **Usage:** - For best results, use this tool along with degreaser and a brush. If you go for PLA, be careful not to use petrol as chain degreaser.
