With these parts, you can assemble an 11-50t cassette on a one-by-eleven drivetrain using an XT derailleur. In the seven-millimeter holes, you must drill out a M8x1 thread. Next, install an insert nut featuring a M8x1 outer diameter and a M5 inner diameter. You also need to drill a M3 thread into the small holes. To secure the inner-plate with the outer-plate, use a M3 screw with a countersunk head and 25 millimeters in length.
