I manufactured replacement components after the original Shimano pulleys began to deteriorate. I extracted the bearings from the originals and successfully inserted them into the printed parts. Next, I applied a suitable adhesive and carefully pressed in the pulley rings to secure the bearings within the pulleys. Utilizing a vice greatly facilitated this process.
