I installed a 1/4 inch square hole in the back of the tool, allowing for easy use with a ratchet and providing added leverage when removing a stuck pre-tensioning cap. Tightening the cap, however, requires minimal effort since it only needs a gentle torque of between 0.7 - 1.5 Nm to secure the bearings properly.
