Shimano road bike disc brake bleed block (openscad)
thingiverse
Remix of [PhyMaus's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4394992). I added two grooves and decreased the block width so it could be used with Shimano road disc brakes like the Shimano 105 BR-R7070 calipers. My remix is meant to mimic the Shimano bleed block design - part number Y8N219000 (shown in yellow). The grooves are there because these calipers have a screw fixing pin which protrudes into the space in front of the brake gap. [shimano brake specs - #19 is the screw pin](https://si.shimano.com/api/publish/storage/pdf/en/ev/BR-R7070/EV-BR-R7070-4328C.pdf) I took a picture of the protruding pin and attached it to this design. Without the grooves the bleed block won't fit in because that pin gets in the way. Tip from PhyMaus - if your brakes don't retract all the way, try printing it 9mm or 8mm thick, instead of the default 10mm.
