Shimano Nexave Bike Chain Guard
thingiverse
I helped my friend fix his bike by making a new chain guard after the old one broke and kept getting tangled in his shoe laces. Since we couldn't find a replacement online, we decided to make our own. The bike is a Raleigh C200 with Shimano Nexave gears. To ensure it lasts long, I recommend printing it in PETG or ABS plastic. I used #8 flat head machine screws that were 3/4" long, but had to grind them down to about 5/8" so they wouldn't stick out too much. To prevent the nuts from coming loose over time, I used nylon lock nuts.
