Shimano Clipless Pedal Insert

Shimano Clipless Pedal Insert

When taking the family out for a bike ride or heading to the campsite, I sought to create platforms that would press snugly into my mountain bike's clipless pedals, allowing me to ditch my specialized shoes. These custom-made platforms are specifically designed to work seamlessly with Shimano SLX clipless pedals, but they also fit perfectly on my SPD M20s. Rather than using the actual cleats, these platforms press in firmly, providing sufficient resistance to keep my feet securely in place – though they can be easily removed by pulling straight off. So far, I'm thoroughly pleased with how well these platforms perform, and I've found that I can ride my bike comfortably barefoot. Additionally, the design features several small holes where I can insert screws for added grip on the shoes.
