Shimano cassette remover

Shimano cassette remover

I designed a stronger Shimano cassette remover nut to suit my unique Shimano cassette. It's slightly smaller in size, making it fit perfectly on my unusual cassette. To accommodate most other Shimano cassettes, you can easily scale it up by about 4% to reach typical dimensions. When printing this design, aim for optimal layer adhesion by using a temperature of 230°C and turning off part cooling. This will ensure a sturdy final product. This tool is designed to work with a standard 10mm axle. To achieve even force distribution, I recommend using a ring wrench measuring 25mm in diameter. After testing, my printed version held up well under stress, withstanding an estimated 50 Newtons of force.
