I designed another file for this tool and I decided to print it out. I hated how far the drive was from the area where the tooling takes place. So I decided to create my own tool; this one is designed to be printed with at least 7 walls and 5 top and 5 bottom layers in mind, ideally printing solid. My approach for printing tools like this one involves printing three versions (one at a time if you're on a tight budget) and annealing the plastic. Since it's going to shrink during use, I would do the first one at 105%, then 107% and finally 110% to see how much your specific type of plastic shrinks. If all you need is to use this tool just a few times, you can print as is without annealing. From my testing, it can handle up to 40NM with no problem when printed using the recommended settings. I chose 1/2 drive since it's a very common driver and due to its large size, it will deform less when spinning the tool. If you found this useful, please consider donating what you think it is worth to my PayPal account. Help cover the time I spent designing this tool. Thanks for your support! Enjoy using this tool!
