I upgraded my Avid brakes with a matchmaker system compatible with Shimano, but I didn't have the shifter clamp available so I created one until the spare part arrives. This setup would also work for X7/X0/XX models; mine is an X9 model. The adapter was printed in PLA using a 0.4 nozzle and 40% infill, and ABS should offer better results.
