BMW 2002 SHIFT SURROUND LONG CONSOLE - This shift surround is designed specifically for a BMW e10 2002 long console. It seamlessly integrates with OEM parts and my custom triple gauge/radio panel. To assemble, you'll need to bond the sections together using glue, then meticulously sand and fill the entire console. Crazy glue proves to be an excellent choice, paired with high-build automotive primer. I completed the finish with SEM textured paint followed by a coat of SEM Landau Black interior paint. For secure installation, use #8 "U" speed nut clips and corresponding 1" #8 sheet metal screws to attach it to the console sides. With only a 10% infill and 4 layers, this part boasts exceptional robustness. Since OEM parts are no longer available (NLA) and those remaining command upwards of $400, this alternative offers a fantastic solution.
