Alternative mounting plate for [jkoljo's paddle shifters](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1678086). It's thicker (5mm) and has a tab for a cable gland. I moved all the shift paddles to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2745297 V2: cable gland mount is designed to fit an M12 cable gland.
