To use a stock Volvo 240 shift boot with a Hurst shifter handle on your T5 transmission brick, simply move the boot support/adapter. This modification maintains a somewhat-stock interior appearance while adding a sportier feel. If needed, the holes for set screws can be deleted for easier installation.
