After numerous prototypes and rigorous testing, I'm pleased to unveil my shield design for medical personnel battling COVID-19. Key highlights include: • No cumbersome bolts • A secure top cover • A 0.2 mm thick PVC plastic sheet (available on Amazon) will be integrated • Slots and hooks will be added for versatility with various types of elastic bands • The printing process will take approximately three hours Some important notes to consider: The PVC plastic sheet is secured in "landscape mode" by a narrow groove. Following 3D printing, it's essential to inspect the groove using a slender knife to ensure proper accommodation of the PVC sheet.
