Shield Logo - Round and Square and also Dual Extrusion versions
thingiverse
My wife and I are huge fans of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., so when she asked me to create a logo, I happily obliged. I designed both a circular and square version of the emblem, which made her very happy. Unfortunately, our car's front license plate went missing on one of our trips due to a mistake at the dealership, who failed to properly secure it. To temporarily fix this issue, I created a custom version that could be mounted on the car. Please note that I'm not advocating for anyone to remove their official license plate and replace it with this makeshift solution. In addition to the round and square versions, I've also included dual extruder models of the logo. Although I have a dual extruder 3D printer (the Davinci Duo), I ended up printing these on my new CR-10 by pausing the print job and swapping out the filament. UPDATE: I've uploaded two new files - "Shield Logo Round Dual Extrusion V2-base.stl" and "Shield Logo Round V2.stl." These versions feature more rounded bases, which were created using Microsoft 3D Builder to ensure a smooth cylinder shape. Tinkercad struggled with this aspect, so I opted for the more advanced software.
