Measuring a mere 13 mm in height, the design allows for an additional 7 mm of clearance under low pressure, ensuring unparalleled comfort on the forehead without any unnecessary delay in production. Fabrication time stands at approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes per unit, with each item weighing only 27.6 grams. For overnight production, the model is stackable, even when paired with an additional border - a feature that requires calibration of the extrusion multiplier first (consult Prusa3D's guide here: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/extrusion-multiplier-calibration_2257). Relevant files are included. The two bands, one for the forehead and another for the transparent shield, boast ticker top and bottom edges and are connected by harmonious, symmetric arcs. These structural elements effectively minimize tension within the framework and distribute forces in multiple directions, further reinforced by the variable extrusion width within the internal design. To facilitate easy disinfection, the model features no logos or corners. Developed from scratch following a thorough analysis of similar products, this design adheres to the strict specifications set forth by Brazil's Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa). After undergoing extensive prototyping and validation by healthcare professionals, it has been deemed safe for use.
