Shield 3DVerkstan modify stack version
thingiverse
This is a remix of the shield proposed by 3DVerkstan: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/protective-visor-by-3dverkstan The design has been revised to allow for easy stacking and detachment (modification of transparent sheet retaining tabs, removal of solid portion, addition of chamfers on top and bottom faces). Only the European version has been modified to enable use with a standard European drill press for precise hole placement in the transparent sheet. This model is interesting because it allows for the avoidance of elastic bands at the back of the head, is comfortable, and prints relatively quickly (approximately 1 hour per piece). Note: Printing without support is possible, but risk of base delamination increases with large stack sizes. It is recommended to use a brim for large stacks (from 8 pieces). Test according to your printer. Note bis: This design is under test, please don't hesitate to note your remarks for improvements! V2: * Increased separation height between pieces * Reduced pico height to reduce print time * Increased distance between picos to stretch the plastic (82mm instead of 80mm)
