thingiverse
This is the Sherpa Mini Extruder, a ground up design developed by Anlin and the team at Annex Engineering. It's a dual geared hobbed filament extruder designed for use with any printer. It features a 5:1 gear driven design to provide torque while being able to be near silent. You must perform your own tuning to get the best results. Suitable models: CR-10, CR10S, CR-10 4S, CR-10 5S, CR-10 Mini, CR-20, ENder-2, ENder-3, ENder-3 Pro, ENder-3 V2, VORON.It works with almost any FDM 3D printer, if you can design the mounting stand. Note: You need to modify the E-axis step value of the extruder. For example, the E-axis step value of Ender3 is 691. 1) The drive current of the extruder needs to be adjusted to 0.35A (Method: adjust the voltage to about 0.28-0.3V or adjust the E-axis drive current by firmware) Adjust the current reason: prevent the motor from overheating 2) Modify the extruder pulse method Method 1: Modify the extruder pulse by firmware: DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80, 80, 400, 691} Method 2: Send G code (can be sent by slicing software command): M92 E691 M500 Official link:https://github.com/Annex-Engineering/Sherpa_Mini-Extruder Installation video link: https://youtu.be/8z0nDJGOtck To buy link:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002255243266.html?spm=2114.12010615.8148356.8.2d40250cjziTH8
