Here's a 16-cavity stand that fits Sherline end mill holders perfectly, also compatible with A2Z Sherline holders - although I've heard they're no longer in business. The finished size of this stand is 5 inches by 5 inches, or 125mm by 125mm, so you can easily resize it if needed when generating G-code with Slic3r.
