Sheridan PGP Pump Handle w/ Insert

This is my revised PGP pump handle, designed specifically for the Initeq #10-32 long brass inserts. It was created to address previous prints with less than 100% infill that cracked when bending the pump arm into place for the quick strip bolt on the PGP2. I modified the print settings in Cura by setting the bottom layers to 9999, resulting in a stronger and more durable design. When installing the brass insert, start by threading it onto the pump arm first, then index it to the marker before securing it with a soldering iron. It's essential that the pump arm is threaded all the way in when assembled for optimal performance. The tolerances in this design are precise, so if you find it too tight on your marker, lightly sand the insides until you achieve the desired friction level.
