This is my custom-made adjustable pistol grip stock designed for late model Sheridan Model C Blue Streak 5mm .20 cal Air Rifle in Fusion 360. The design I named "JP" features a logo inside the Pistol Grip and holds 25 5mm pellets, transforming an innocent hunting rifle into an Assault Rifle if painted black. High-capacity magazine, black, etc., This may not be California Legal, so check your local laws first. There are three positions on the pellet holder marked with icons at 45-degree intervals: "unlock" to remove it, "lock" to lock it in place, and a pellet icon where it opens just enough to dispense a pellet. I added a homemade spring from a pen and expanded it to meet the needs until a better replacement is found. To use it, load the magazine with pellets and insert it into the shaft; then rotate it to lock. When ready to dispense, rotate the wheel clockwise 45 degrees, causing the holder to pop open about an inch. Tilt the rifle slightly and catch the pellet in your hand, using your thumb to press the holder back in and rotating counterclockwise to lock the Holder. It has adjustable shoulder length, cheek rest, and shoulder height. All parts were designed around M6 25mm fine thread Allen bolts and TN06 T-nuts, which I had plenty of on hand. This hardware is found in modular tubing shelves similar to flexpipe products; anything similar will do as long as the nut is the same size. There are four bolts that I cut down to 12mm or 13 mm for the cheek rest. I'm new to CAD and 3D printing, so you'll find my recommendations below for each part. To fit it into my Ender 3, I had to chop the model in three parts; then I joined them with nuts and bolts as per the pictures. To join these parts, you need a long driver; I used a shaped drill bit that fit the 5mm Allen hole on the screws. For aesthetically pleasing results if you're not planning to finish part it pays to know how to hide the seam; figuring out where to place it at the bottom of the shaft is key. Ironing in places other than the top causes artifacts on the following layer, like under extrusion lines. The clamp is about the only part that would benefit from ironing; I chose Gyroid as the infill pattern and a dense 40% for strength. That and four walls of eSun PLA+ resulted in solid-looking parts. The front stock doesn't require much infill, so I chose 20%. Note: I uploaded a rounded shoulder pad model that I printed using Tronxy Flexible TPU filament; it looks and works great, taking some sting out of the recoil.
