Disclaimer. 1) This design was created specifically for my Shendrones Mitsuko 5 model, but the production version of this model is actually the Mitsuko 4. 2) My XYZ Davinci 1.0A printer tends to make holes smaller and closer in ABS than I model them in Solidworks, so these files were designed with that in mind to compensate. The fit on my Mitsuko 5 is almost perfect, but your results may vary. For this reason, I have uploaded a "Mitsuko Tester" STL file for you to download and print first. It's just a 1.5mm thick template so that you can test the fit of the real skirt. Don't forget, the tester is only for testing purposes - please dispose of it after use.
