Shelly 1 Remix w/ holes for mounting switches
thingiverse
This is a remix of Shelly 1 Box by Irgusite. I'm a hack at designing, but I did my best and these work for me and switches I had laying around. I imported Irgusite's stl files into SketchUp and tweaked those directly. I have included my SketchUp files if of any use. The design for the pushbutton is intended for low-voltage use. If used for A/C it's up to you to spec a proper switch. Spacing might be tight with heavier gauge wiring. I have a bag of something like this laying around: https://www.digikey.com/short/z2m444cv The design for the rocker switch (a take-out from something that broke) could be improved by moving the hole a little further away from the vents, but as it, I made it work, snugly, just ensure your terminals are insulated and safe from the Shelly. I'm using that one w/ A/C/120v. YMMV, you break it, you keep both parts, don't try this at home, etc. May or may not want supports inside the button hole nut cutout. Up to you.
