These are reusable wadding for firing 6mm BBs from breech loading paintball guns like the Umarex T4E HDS68. I've found that a mix of steal and paintball 6mm BBs works best.

Print:

1 Base

2 Sides

2 Cap .5 (Optional)

Connect the two sides to the base. It has ~6mm hole at the top for loading BBs. Optionally add a cap. The completed shell should be then stable enough to hold, but still separate as it leaves the barrel.

I have a few experiential caps:

Deconstruction is angled inwards to promote pushing the two halves apart when fired.

Spinning should open up the shot by having the wadding spin.

I've not tested these enough to know if this actually works.

Notes:

These are very tight in the barrel. It needs a bit of force to load.

Even with the 12ft lb model the individual pellets are quite weak.

Print Settings

Printer:

Rotrics DexArm

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

200

Infill:

38

Filament:
PolyMaker PETG

Category: Sport & Outdoors
