Shell ring
thingiverse
Here is a simple shell design that I created using Tinkercad. I designed this shell to be easy to print and assemble, with a smooth interior surface for a polished finish. The design consists of two main parts: the outer shell and the inner liner. The outer shell is made up of five identical pieces, each with a slightly curved shape to fit snugly together. The inner liner is a single piece that fits inside the outer shell, providing a smooth surface for the contents. The design is optimized for 3D printing using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), but it can also be printed using other methods such as Stereolithography (SLA) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). The material used for printing should be durable and resistant to wear and tear, such as PLA or ABS. To assemble the shell, simply attach the outer pieces together using a strong adhesive, and then insert the inner liner. Make sure all the pieces fit snugly together to prevent any gaps or openings. Once assembled, the shell is ready to use.
